Every center in the Alliance network has the chance to stand out, and the quality of your service is what gets you there.
The Alliance Preferred Center Program recognizes partners who consistently deliver exceptional client experiences, operational reliability, and a commitment to excellence. Preferred status puts a spotlight on your center, and that spotlight is designed to bring more clients your way. A virtual office program can bring a center $20,000 to $25,000 a month, depending on size and market, so every additional client the spotlight reaches adds to a program that is already valuable.
Here is what the Road to Preferred looks like, and how to start walking it.
Preferred recognition begins with a few foundations that describe a healthy partnership:
Active for 3+ months: Your center has been active with Alliance for more than three months.
| Area | Standard | What it looks like |
| Delivered | 90%+ of days each month | Log mail daily throughout the quarter, including days when no mail is received. |
| Verified | 95% or more | Client registrations accepted the same day through Verified. |
| Client Retention | 95%+ quarterly | Quarterly client retention rate. |
| Service Responsiveness | 1 business day | Respond to at least 95% of service request tickets within one business day. |
| Meeting rooms | Accurate listings | Keep listings, capacities, and availability accurate and up to date. |
Each standard reflects an action that makes a visible difference to our clients, from a same-day acceptance to a mail notification that arrives on schedule.
The tools behind these standards are already part of your day. Delivered's No Mail Received option keeps your daily logging complete. Verified puts new client registrations in front of your team for same-day acceptance. Center Setup in the Alliance hub lets you keep meeting room listings, capacities, and photos accurate whenever something changes, with no ticket required.
Preferred Center recognition celebrates partners who consistently demonstrate exceptional service, operational reliability, and a shared commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. It reflects consistency, client experience, operational excellence, and partnership commitment.
Recognition is awarded through a periodic program review, based on each center's fulfillment of the Preferred Center requirements. Excellence is an ongoing standard that we build together, and each review is a fresh opportunity to be recognized.
Your Partner Success Manager is here to help. The first conversation reviews your center's current practices and identifies your strengths. From there, you explore ways to strengthen operations and client experiences, and you create an action plan to keep your practices consistent ahead of the next program review.
